The Overseas Employment Unit is responsible for the administration of the overseas recruitment schemes with Australia and New Zealand. The schemes that the ministry is currently administering are Recognized Seasonal Employer, Seasonal Worker Program, Pacific Labour Scheme, and the Fisheries Pilot Program (Sealord):

It is a list of employees with violations or criminal offences during their working period under any of the 4 schemes. These offences are reported by employers. If you are on the list, we apologize, the chances of working under the schemes, again, are very slim to none.
