Bachelor’s Degree in Economics (or Applied
Economics or equivalent with
3 years’ post degree work experience in Project
Management at a mid-senior level in
Government
or the Private Sector. Familiarity with
communication, transport and
tourism issues as currently faced by Kiribati
would be an advantage but
not a requirement
