Bachelor Degree in Management / Public administration / Human Resource Management plus related field as Economics, Finance and Accounting, with 3 years' post degree work experience at middle management level

Postgraduate Qualification in Economics or any other relevant field i.e, Corporate Finance, Public Finance, Commerce, Business Studies, Development studies plus 5 years' work experience at senior level or 7 years work experience at middle level

Post Graduate OR Master degree in a relevant discipline/ Any field with 5 years managerial and / OR administrative experience at a senior management level or 7 years managerial experience at a middle management level

KIT Certificate III or other similar field of study with 4 years work experience in computer/information management work, including data processing applications, data management, multi-user network and telecommunications, hardware/ software installation, user assistance, end user documentation and local office computer programming, in support of office computerization/ automation

Bachelor Degree in Surveying / Geomatics, Mathematics, Geology/ Earth Science/ Geospatial Science. 3 years post degree experience in land Surveying and any relevant field. An advantage for possessing knowledge and experience on international land & hydrographic Standard, visualizing survey data, navigation software & spatial data gathering , sediment sampling, weather pattern knowledge (meteorological), and implementation of hydrographic services under the SOLAS convention (Legislation)

Form 3 or Class 9 Certificate with Valid Driving License, Transcript, Working Reference, Photo Identification &  Birth Certificate (With Statutory Declaration OR Marriage certificate only for those using Different names OR surname.

Form 6 or Form 5 Certificate with 1-year relevant work experience.
