Qualified Lands Surveyor ( from a recognized institution) with years of relevant experience in Land Surveying including - proven track record as a surveyor with modern survey technology and the use of information technology - knowledge of international land and hydrographic standards and specifications - Experience in managing, processing and visualizing survey data - provision of survey training - Computer leterate knowledge of navigation software & amp; spatial data gathering - excellent report writing abilities with attention to details - Legislation related to the implementation of Hydrographic  Service under the SOLAS convention - Charting and ENCs - deiment sampling - Meteorological knowledge of weather patterns

Marine Engineer class 2 OR Advance Diploma in Marine Engineering plus 3 years work experience as Chief or Second Engineer on foreign going vessels

Master Mariner Class 2 plus 3 years working experience in Senior to Middle Management Position OR Officer of the watch (OOW) plus 3 years minimum proven seatime onboard SOLAS vessels with at least an Audit Qualificatin from a recognized training institute or similar OR Marine Engineer class 2 plus 3 working experience in senior to middle management position OR Offcier in charge of Engineering watch (OOW- Engine) with 3 years mimimum proven seatime onboard SOLAS vessels with at least an Audit Qualification from a recognized training institution or Similar OR A Marine Auditor Qualified from a Recognized training institution or Similar
